Read this post regarding some information on RAJA...

RAJA is an institutional market-maker...this is where i believe the strong volume is coming from...as some institution is shoring up shares in this price point...this is also the reason why stocks seem to run after RAJA comes on board....why? .. you ask?? because thats where the smart money is...
