My Point is, No Matter when this is Settled, whether it is @ Mediation or Trial, SL will always have a Window of Opportunity to Renegotiate. He will always have the ability to be COMPENSATED for his efforts.

What scares me & Someone PLEASE CORRECT ME if I'm WRONG, Is that a BIG Co. (ie: GE) comes in, knowing the Magnitude of what the BioHarp's Potential is Worth, just pays for everything, ie:
1) The 29 Mil/Penalty
2) some Absurd Amount, that would Equal the Restricted Shares, SL would Surrender
3) Pay ALLLL the Legal Bills
4) an Offer SL a Substantial Percentage of the Business.

If there is KFDA Approval & the Marketplace is GLOBAL in Nature, Why wouldn't a Big Corp Pay-Out what could Equate to 100 Mil, that would Clear Sam Lee of his Consequences. I believe the Harp is worth Billions if it works,This Just My Opinion.
