thats why it makes absolutely no sense whatsoever to do what he's doing, unless he has another buyer of the Bioharp lines up (so he thinks)...
the most irritating question I have is WHY didn't he deliver it AFTER he signed a legal document?.. We may never find out the answer to this petulant action on his part.
