Question 17 Are they still planning the reported Shareholders Meeting and if so, when is the date of the event?

Due to the recent circumstances surrounding Mr Webers health and passing the shareholder meeting possibly will be changed to a new venue and date

How's that for a stretch, the meeting date is 3 months away, and yet they are blaming a recent death as a reason for postponing the meeting! Classic EMXC!! Ever you ever been to an annual meeting? They take an hour or two MAX! Yep, no way they can be ready to prepare for that in 3 months!

NOTE Earlier, in the answer to Question 8 (go back and look) the death is said to be behind us, which they tell us means they can now proceed with the audit, yet an annual meeting 3 months away has to be postponed due to the death! THINK ABOUT THAT ONE!


Question 20 What is EMAX actually selling into the market and how can we help?

All product will be soon seen at the eMax sites and internet stores and in the future in retail stores and all promotion of such items would be a great help to the company.


Is language an issue here? I see someone (not me) asking what EMXC is selling. I see that answer given as, "All product". Does that answer that question? When will the products be available?? What is the answer? "soon"

Folks these, "soons", "very soons" and "possibly's" are weak vague answers, the kind of answers an 8 year old would give to avoid answering their parents. But of course, the parents wouldn't accept that answer. It's not good enough to say to a parent, I am going to clean my room "soon". Yet here, in the supposedly profession corporation, it is the practically the company motto!

The answers here are all worded to avoid any accountability, just like almost most of the PR this company has even released. You can never be wrong if you say "soon" or "possibly"!

"SOON" could be a decade!! There is no timed definition of "soon". Soon to you does not have to mean soon from the company's point of view!

THIS Q AND A HAS EVEN MORE CONVINCED ME OF EVERY NEGATIVE THOUGHT I HAVE EVER HAD ABOUT THIS COMPANY! My opinion is EMXC is lower!

They have hired gurutrader to support them (yes he works for Levelstock.com, see his profile) and yet, no one can spin avoidance and vague answers into anything substantial. That's just been proven here!
