6) Why has the company not responded to other emails sent asking for the status/plans for the dividend payments? Why is this email being answered, but not others sent in the past with the same question?
The company has been in a quiet mode per the request of their counsel . While they have been making regular filings to the SEC and OTCIQ markets, the company has felt all necessary information has been placed there for the public to see all at the same time and as per the requirements of those agencies and the trading exchange.
7) Give us a deadline when the company will pay these dividends. A deadline is a date, as in November 1, NOT "soon" or "very soon". On April 1, regarding the dividends, the company said they were "preparing to mail to the shareholders in the next few weeks". It is now 4 months since then. Why hasn't there been a PR on the status of this as "few weeks" have turned into a more than a few MONTHS?

What has happened is that the President was dealing with medical attention for her husband whom has now succumbed to cancer, thus causing some delay getting all the materials to the auditors to finish their work. This is not the case now
9) Where are the "several" (the company's word) SEC filings that were said to be coming following the April PR. There has not been one SEC filing since that statement, correct? Confirm this statement, or refute with a link to a filing.

The 506 D offering is for the benefit exclusively of the future spin out company, eMax Media Group, as stated, not eMax Worldwide. This is not a relevant question for EMXC
12) Why doesn't the company publish quarterly revenue numbers? The company is on the pinksheets company and is not required to file quarterly filings. Once the company finishes filing their audits and last filings their corporate counsel is preparing and is then again a fully reporting company then they will be required to file quarterly reports

Yes and the company is awaiting the suggestion of their financial and accounting professionals on this matter further.

eMax Worldwide, Inc. regrets to state that one of their founders and previous Chairman of the company, Chuck Weber has passed away due to his short battle with Cancer .
Mrs Roxanna Weber , President and Chairman of the company stated, I would like to thank each and every shareholder for their kind words in emails and calls over the past few months as I and my family have been dealing with recent news of Chuck's diagnosis of Cancer in May of this year .During a recent Special Board of directors meeting held August 1, 2010 new management and directors were added to the company, The company has now formally appointed Karen Schoen as Vice President of Business Development, Dorliss Bright is Vice President Secretary and Director and Charles Witsman as Treasurer and Director of the company .
16) Asking for any plans to update to a higher listing is not the question! You need to put a date as to when the info will be filed and completed for this to happen. Otherwise, it is just more noise. I.e SOON is not an answer!
