Question 10 What has transpired in the 4 months since the results were published and presented to the auditors? Why have no updates been released on the status of the audit in 4 months? What is the expected completion date of the audit?

There was NO RESPONSE in the answers. Q10 was skipped Yes, the LAST part of it was covered in another answer, but the first 2 were not even attempted to be answered.

Question 11 This is one of my favorites! Read this one! What is the range of shares to be issued in the D 506 offering? The over one month old PR mentions a dollar amount but not the number of shares. If that cannot be answered now, what is the DATE when that information will be given to shareholders (once again, soon is not an acceptable answer)

The 506 D offering is for the benefit exclusively of the future spin out company, eMax Media Group, as stated, not eMax Worldwide. This is not a relevant question for EMXC

It isn't relevant? Then why was a PR put out under EXMC's name proudly announcing this?

Look at the damn title they EMXC put on this PR!

Not relevant to Emax worldwide? Yet you put the company's name in the VERY TITLE of the PR?? Does it say Emax Media ANYWHERE in the title?? I read eMax Holdings in that PR, do you? So Emax puts out a PR and when asked about it say's its not relevant to EMXC? Hilarious!

Further in the PR it says:

This filing will enable the company soon to be a fully reporting company. Roxanna Weber, The CEO of eMax Worldwide, stated,"

Again, look what's mentioned. EMax media group? NO! It's Roxanna, "THE CEO OF EMAX WORDWIDE".

Here is another quote from the article: "" will be filing the S-1 filing for eMax Worldwide. "" Filing for EMAX Worldwide? That's what it says! The SEC filing is for Emax wordwide and someone has the audacity to say it's not a relevant question for EXMC?

So what do we chalk this one up to?


Question 12 Why doesn't the company publish quarterly revenue numbers? The company is on the pinksheets company and is not required to file quarterly filings. Once the company finishes filing their audits and last filings their corporate counsel is preparing and is then again a fully reporting company then they will be required to file quarterly reports

Sure you aren't required to, no one said you were! The question was WHY don't you report it. The question was avoided! Just because you aren't required to doesn't mean you can't report to the shareholders WHO OWN EXMC what their revenues are. EVEN more, you state you want to become a fully reporting company, yet you don't share the revenue numbers because you don't have to?
