Question 4 i would like to know any developments on the "launch of its massive product lines" as stated in last months pr.- Music, video and software Products are being produced and marketed currently to retailers and for sale to the general public and through the new store portals the company is currently building

No, the question (not mine) was asking for DEVELOPMENTS. "Being marketed" is not a development, getting a retailer to sell your product IS an example of a development.

Sorry, there was a response, but it did not even come close to answering the question.

Question 5 Any plans in share buyback, reduction of shares, or cancellation of shares? Possibly.. there is also a 1000 for one reverse that the board approved in year 2008 and is awaiting Finra announcement of the effective date for such event

Possibly? Possibly what? All 3 choices? And possibly not all 3, right? lol How's that for an answer?

And again, blaming on Finra? It is perhaps that Finra wants EXMC to for once present them all the information they were asking for, but EXMC hasn't yet provided?

I do like the reminder of the reverse split in the works. I bet many here had no idea of that!


Question 6 Why has the company not responded to other emails sent asking for the status/plans for the dividend payments? Why is this email being answered, but not others sent in the past with the same question?
The company has been in a quiet mode per the request of their counsel . While they have been making regular filings to the SEC and OTCIQ markets, the company has felt all necessary information has been placed there for the public to see all at the same time and as per the requirements of those agencies and the trading exchange.

First look at this gem, "While they have been making regular filings to the SEC and OTCIQ markets". Huh? While that have been making REGULAR filings? Show me where? And no sorry PR's are not filings. Where were the "regular filings" since the only ones I see, in April? Where? Show me them! Show me the "regular filings? for the April to June quarter!

And Jackk_Lutz, this one is for you. You have told us on several occasions that Roxanne as emailed you about "news coming up". Well then, one of you is lying. EMXC say's they are in a quiet period. You said they are responding to you about upcoming developments. WHO IS TELLING THE TRUTH Jack??

Question 9 Where are the "several" (the company's word) SEC filings that were said to be coming following the April PR. There has not been one SEC filing since that statement, correct? Confirm this statement, or refute with a link to a filing.

The new filings are being prepared by the company and will be filed with the very near term,


Here we go again! Not even a "possibly" range? "Very near term". That means NOTHING to me. It that a week? Month? Decade?

So lets review, 5 months later, the best you can say after promising more filings under way is "very near term"?

Why can't EXMC answer that with the truth. Show us the filings or be up front and confirm we the question asks. Say it EMXC, "yes, you are correct, there have been no filings". THAT WOULD BE ANSWERING MY QUESTION.
