Not arguing that point. Volume will also give you somewhat of a sense of the float as well. As is always the case, volume gets you squat when pps doesn't move...that's when you can rightly suspect the float isn't what people think it is. Today's move should be somewhat of a confirmation that the float is small enough that, even with the flippers, you get some good, sustained move up. My prediction is for a repeat of today...i.e- some nice gains despite flippers, shorts and profit-takers.

17mil is not a lot to manage and work toward moving up...particularly with today's news.
