It just occured to me that the concept of physically having the Strat in CO may be moot if the war games were all simulated. Good catch bull...we may have just tested successfully in cyberspace!

Another thought is that for military purposes keeping the Strat EXACTLY on station would be far less critical. Their area of focus may be much smaller allowing for more drift tolerance which would make meeting the specs much easier.
