Maybe not Janice. This is the most sickest (insane) demented thing I ever saw. I can not believe a young girl would throw 6 beautiful puppies (just born, looks like) into the river one by one to get rid of them. Just sickens me that there are people who can do that.

Besides being sick and demented. They are stupid for filming it. There is a whole facebook site they said dedicated in finding out who she is. SO they call call the police.
