William - Your question, in a nutshell, is "can he do it?"

Rosen, for right or for wrong, I've stated before, is PURE LAWYER.

He's DAMMED good at what he does. Can turn on/off that Lawyer stuff in a heartbeat. And when properly prepared, he's impressively good.

On those days he tap dances, he's nearly as good, but the chinks in the armor shows.

As much as I love to hate him, I have to respect him for being as dastardly of a hired gun as I've ever seen.

To see him flip from being "him" in court, and an hr or so later, having him "wish me a safe trip home" (and yet, remembering who I was from the gallery) -- says bunches on the persona he puts on.

He didn't end up as the head guy in court on this case for Weil for nothing.

In a word. Yes.

(Doesn't mean necessarily that I think he'll win. But I do think he could move forward arguing the DS/POR, if that's the way the Debtor's want him to go, move forward without blinking)
