DGMA in for huge bounce today. The MM VERT walked the PPS down to accumulate over 18 million shares at .005. This caused many holders at higher levels to panic sell. DGMA has a partnership coming with two companies for their VASCONOW app. in the last 15 days almost 900 million shares have traded hands.
