Conclusion? The company has stated this exact thing publically! Who has to make a "conclusion" out of that? What I would like is a "conclusion" on why almost 60 days later we have heard nothing more on this when it was said in 30 days they would be going forward with filing.

Stock buyback? Are you serious? Why would they do an offering and buy back stock? The offering is issuing stock! You think that any sane company would buy back stock after that? lol Let me think of an analogy. What you are suggesting is like someone starting with a clean floor throwing trash on the floor, and then sweeping it up. That makes the same amount of sense as issuing stock and then buying it back! lol

When? Near term? They published results to the auditors in APRIL and in 2 days it will be SEPTEMBER! Where is the "near term"? You discuss uplisting when they haven't even audited their books yet! AMAZING!
