Yes "Yooo"..What you have posted is a very good example of exactly what could happen to EMXC in the near term....Management has been very quiet of late because most likely they have been diligently working behind the scenes in getting the Co. into complete compliance with the SEC and in the mourning of the death of one of the companies co/founders.. My conclusion is that they are in the process of preparing a Private Placement offering to raise needed capital to further the companies rapid growth plan..Furthermore, I believe they are planning to institute a proper and registered "STOCK BUYBACK" program and as well have obtained a new and well recogonized PR firm..When everything has been completed (in the near term), they will most likely request to be listed on the Nasdaq's "Bulletin Board"..These moves when properly completed should bring in many new investors driving the share price up into the .10-.30 range..I would not want to be short this stock!! We are almost there Yooo!!
