Without arguing the merits (or lack thereof..) of GGII, I wouldn't take as gospel the share info being reported on Quotemedia or thestockmarketwatch.com; I just checked a few more tickers and I've only found one that they had right.

and pink sheets is useless for share info as it is only updated when the company (any company, not GGII specifically) chooses to tell them to update it. PS doesn't verify old information to still be valid.
