I agree with Dean. This is a valuation play, not a tech call for fast money. I have been slowly adding to position at these lower levels. When it pops, it should pop a lot. But who know when that will be. And maybe never, as Chinese real estate fears will keep people away for awhile whether they are realized or not. And if Chinese RE issues hit Tier 1 cities but not Tier 3 (Hot-hot), I expect GHII will be punished. So there are some negatives weighing on the stock that will likely continue to be an issue. But I think GHII is so vastly undervalued based on fundamentals, that eventually it will pop. May be years... but eventually.
