Probably (Hopefully) all those negatives are already factored into the stock, that's why it trades so poorly.

I still remember a day when it was trading at .05 & then within a year to trade as high as .25 on fair volume.

I remember Chinese JADE when it was .50, now 3.00.

The key is: GETTING LISTED!!
