With a possible Uplisting in sight could we Rule out any of the comments of a R/S from the Stock Forums

ANS: I've said repeatedly that a re-cap can be accomplished multiple ways. The board is evaluating all of them, as we have the fiduciary responsibility to do so. Our ultimate goal is to up-list, and that is what we... are focused on.

Code language for: A R/S is not ruled out and please do not sell your shares thinking one is about to happen.
