Can anyone give a range this trades in? I see the bollies very wide range, between 13 to high 17 range on a 30 day chart, while it is trading in the 16.50 level today. Does the board think this goes higher or maybe a relief rally in the bank stocks and a drop in FAZ?

Sorry if these questions are elementary in nature as I am just trying to make a decision.
