MrLong if I might add to your thoughts. As we know many companies in the Pinks/OTCBB whatever, do R/S's for the reason that they have issued so many shares their price is in the toliet and they for some reason think it will make things better. It usually doesn't have that effect and they continue to issue shares sending the price back to the toliet.

Above is what makes people so worried that have been around the block with Pinks/OTCBB whatever.

So not always done for uplist or staving off a delist when the company is not in great shape to begin with.

I still hope Matt can get this price up before he resorts to R/S, if he even has to.
