Actually DMXP is probably one of the best stock to do this...
DMXP got a good, creditable management team. DMXP also got very good prospective lands. DMXP financing is not astronomical high and the stock is very, very cheap. All this is hinged on the financing and the Homestead property, with no other significant negatives. By the way of the stock action in the last few days, the financing is going to go thru, just matter of when and how.
I think in worse case, this private investor is going to walk away with couple hundred thousands. In the best case, this investor will walk away with billions when DMXP strike diamond. This will be happen in the matter of months rather then years.
