I think Walrath allowed the examiner because this BK case is so big that she did not want to leave room for any mistakes which can distroy her reputation

I never buy the idea that she has a secret agenda for the equity so that we get paid big here.

She is just following the law that s what she has to do.

At the end I do not know what is going to happen we will all wait and see but do not be suprise that the examiner's report is not that positive for us. I hope it is though.

I am very curious that why Solomon's numbers are not public yet?

Long ago we have been discussing that TPG has never talked/complained publicly about WaMu's "engineered" seizure. We thought that they were working behind the scenes for us, for the commons. But now there were recent discussions that they might be actually get already compansated!

So again we do not know what is gonna happen.
