A "few pennies" would suggest a Market Cap of $32.5 mil at a "few pennies". (Three would be a 'few')

I don't hardly think so. There really is a VERY big problem when there are over 700 mil shares outstanding that are NOT accounted for and with these VERY, VERY dismal financials....
