I believe you will get many of your questions answered soon. Matt clearly signaled a big acquisition is coming and soon. And lately he is talking a lot about CBAI's world status. I take that as another signal we're soon moving way up the food chain. For a small business the fastest way to get to cash flow positive and profitability is to buy your way there. I think he has found a money source and will use that to buy someone already significant. I have no clue who though. CBR is a private company. Are they for sale? What we need to know is who are the major world players #1 thru #5. It has to be one of those players that is on our radar.

Matt has always said he wouldn't try to move up to the big board until he was profitable. So the fact he is now suggesting that move means he clearly expects to land a big fish that will instantly make us profitable and move us up into the top 5 worldwide. We know the Biocells deal is close to closing. And the China Stem Cell sub has yet to be announced. I like our chances to have a major share price move soon. And based on Matt's confidence in his recent posting it could come any time between now and year-end. A reverse split doesn't get us on the big board unless we have a very significant share price increase before the split. I'm thinking Matt is thinking we get that big move with the coming announcement.

Below is what another company I owned said was there reason for doing a reverse split. Contrary to what most investors think, after the split the company share price tripled. I expect us to get a big move up in share price to at least .05 this year, and then get another big bump next year when we move up to the big board. But before that the share holders will get to vote on the move.

Board Approves Reverse Stock Split
On July 20, 2009, the Board of Directors of the Company authorized a reverse split of its common stock at a ratio of one for six, effective August 14, 2009. The company's stockholders previously approved the reverse split in September 2008. The reason to proceed with the reverse split is to broaden the range of institutions that can invest in the company's stock, increase analyst and broker interest, potentially reduce stock price volatility, reduce the number of outstanding shares and to reduce the risk of Nasdaq delisting.

Don't worry about the mule going blind just load the wagon.
