Where are the price-cappers/shorts? It's strange that it's made this move on such small volume--that's my point. And you're right, longs should be mostly tapped out. The dynamics are different today among the MMs, it seems. I'd love to hear any speculation, especially from folks like 1260, who specialize in the market and MM dynamics for Wave.
