If this were a promise that could be kept, wouldn't it be happening now? Or is gaining profitbility the lynchpin in the plan?....It is easy to say yes but is it really...?

R. We strongly believe that Hartcourt operation will be profitable in fiscal 2003. Our 5-year goal is to maintain that profitability while growing at a minimum rate of 100 percent per annum in sales revenue."

Even if yes it is all relative. say HRCT $100K bucks profit in 03...The promise is kept if they clear $200K bucks in 04. Is that satisfactory...????
