The Red Eye post!

Indeed we have picked what side of the fence to sit on or front of but as we gather information and listen with high intent and expectations, we all have a smidge of doubt that creeps in. I remind myself that we are fighting the biggest bank and the a federal agency who had specific idea of what they wanted and got but we as shareholders and great legal team are now trying to convince a BK Judge to unwind(un-scramble) or the very least compensate fairly for our bank.

Most are still amazed that NO Asset List is being produced!? If our adversaries do not produce something and or the Examiner finds resistance for said information, then one could only hope our Good Judge comes out with her paddle and starts wacking away(or swing away) and send a clear un-wavering message that the truth shall be apart of this case! A TRUSTEE should be the next logical step and that would send a clear message to all, NO MORE MESSING AROUND and LETS GET'R DONE!
