Good post, I agree with your statments and your stratagy. I don't think this company will take off anytime soon but if any concept had the potential to do so I would say it's LCRE. From what's on the website and from what Jim's been saying it seems to me that they're really dedicated to making this company work. When I have a chance I'll buy again if the pps stays at this low.
