Sometimes a picture is worth a thousand gripes:

Even though we have exceeded average volume today, it is only going to be a minor blip on this graph (data for this one go through 8/19/10).

PR's have usually been accompanied by apparent surges in volume that may reflect Form D 504 sales. Although Lecere has not posted any SEC filings since early July, it appears from the most recent OS/float figures we have from Jim Morris that about 2 Billion new shares have been added since then. Until we have something more substantial to demonstrate progress, I would expect a PR to indicate more dilutions via 504s, as they raise more capital to keep the lights on and prepare the product for marketing.

When the Easy 1-2-3 system goes online, any day now, and Lecere can show new customers signing up, I think then we will see the PPS spike again and hopefully continue to climb, or at least stay out of the triple-naughts.

If we get a PR but no substantial news such as Easy 1-2-3 being operational and new customers coming on board, then it will not rise substantially, or will only briefly blip as bagholders jump ship and dilution continues.

That is how I am viewing it lately. Still a buying opportunity for those who see the potential long-term value of the Lecere concept, but hopefully it will begin to pay off soon with real and substantial news of progress towards commercial viability.

I added today at .0002, continuing to average down, in expectation of big news soon.
