#1A. The 8-K is a public release that cost money to file!!!
#2A. Moving closer to the partners cost money. Money does not grow on trees. Therefore, the expenses incurred comes from selling either product or shares!!! It has not been verified that MXXH has any income producing wells!!!
3A. Investors are always on the alert for a moving stock. Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, etc. doesn't matter!!!

Finally, news was promised 2 weeks ago and I'm still wating for that release!!!
