#1 it wasnt a pr its a filing- 8k #2 moving closer to the partners is always a good thing shows material involvement not just apo box 2k miles away# 3 the timing for any major pr's till after labor day is smart as most investors are back from summer vacation and ready to make some money :).... bwtfdik jmho :) gltyall wb
