I disagree and the reason is EXPH is not a typical pinksheet scam company.

It has location where one can go and see what is happening.
Few investors have physically visited the company and shared the pics with the board.
Doesn't have HUGE outstanding & authorized share count like other pinksheet companies.
Company is trying to run a successful business. If it is successful or not that would be an end result. Any business takes it's own time to kick off.

Do you want to know what are typical scam companies.... CPF*, SP*G, REM*, IGS* e.t.c

I agree the price fall from 0.0385 to 0.0004 is ONLY due to companies actions and not because of anything else.
