I have 3,250,000 shares. Paid .0008 down to .0002 .

Thought they looked real good and had asperiations of getting rich with this stock.

Until I saw 740,000,000 shares traded in one day. That made me a little suspicious. I started asking folks on this blog why such a volume. I also saw one day where 800,000,000 shares traded. that's 80% of the stock.

So I contacted the Controllers office at the state of Delaware and I paid twenty dollars to find out how many shares of stock were authorized. The two quarterly reports listed in Pinksheet site both said 1,000,000,000 shares and the letter of opinion from the companny's law firm attested to it's accuracy.

Here is what i found out. BDGR had already amended the quantity of authorized stocks and that was before the first report was posted. They have amended the total authorized shares 5 times from Feb, 2010 to August , 2010

The total outstanding shares of stock is now at 15,000,000,000

Your stock lost a lot of value from all of this. Also the stock is being manipulated by keeping it at a low price.
