I emailed my concerns to Shelton and the response was basically that the lawsuit nonsense is "distinct from the day to day operation for the business, including selling product." And that TSHO is still moving forward with it's plans in the same manner, and is working to get themselves removed from this lawsuit ASAP.

I found this to be reassuring.
