Finally. Not particularly surprising though. This a low float (16 millions), undiluted stock. The book value is about 4 cents/share. At least the big stakeholders acquired the shares at this price.
The expedition in sub-pennyland was due to the lack of interest. Many holders bailed out during the housing lump.
Recently "some" people are quietly acquiring lots of shares and equally quiet NITE is slowly but surely covering its short position.
ILVC is definitely something to watch for the next weeks or so.
They also updated their previous annual reports and the next one is due out at the end of August. Some nice surprises (e.g. contracts) might be on the way.
