Sorry to show my niavity on CMKM topic but I am interested in "getting up to speed" on the entire story.

Is there a website, book, etc where you could point me?

Is there an active trial as we speak? If so, where? At what stage is the trial?

What role did others beyond the Casavant clan play? Say, someone like Grant Hodgins?
