I believe a reasonable late allowance for audit has passed.

If this company was truly as Matin would have us believe, he would have moved heaven and earth by now to have produced a quality audit to prove it. 2003 can't be that complicated, although 2004 is what is really needed, if theoretically it was real and good.

Given the previous track record with audits, mistrust is the only way to go.
