reason for price decline - on weak volume such as this - is Matin's total lack of credibility. The supposed audit is, once again, late. And may not come at all, according to recent research done by posters here. Plus, if what Matin sez about the company's earnings power, he, his cronies, and every investment banker in the free world would be trying to get a peice of this action. the fact that they're not (and that Matin is actually diluting shareholders' interests) speaks volumes. This is a scam and should be shut down!!!
