You can also contact the SEC. Find their contact number online and then you will not be able to get anybody unless you know their extension. What I did was type in Steve Smith when it asks you to spell out the person's name and then ask him for the number for complaints and inquiries. He should be able to trasfer you, as he did for me.

Try both these routes and report back. I was not able to pry any information as of last week but good ole Rich sent me an email explaining that Finra contacted the Market Makers on Friday Afternoon and they are now on it. I'd take this with a grain of salt but there is a slim chance that he may be telling the truth and the SEC or Finra will tell you something.
