During the first quarter of 2010 the truck stop averaged net gains (before interest, taxes, and depreciation) of $14,000 per month, which improved to $43,000 per month during the second quarter of 2010.

Revenues = projects being able to get realized.
More possible partnerships with other partners or with EXXON only.
