What PPS do you give BIEL on the short (fda clearance) and mid-long term (+ 1 year)?

Do you agree with the analyst giving an estimated pps between 0.30 - 0.50 on 510(k) clearance? Will Biel make it as a Nasdaq (or at least Amex) stock between now and 2 years, knowing that an avarage pps of 1 dollar should be no problem?
