Nanosignal Authorizes an Increase in Common and Preferred Shares
LAS VEGAS

Princeton Research, Inc.
Mike King, 702-650-3000

Nanosignal (Pink Sheets:NNOS) has announced an increase in authorized common stock to 1 billion shares and authorized super- preferred shares to 100,000. The super-preferred shares will be split evenly between Sir Dr. Rupert Perrin, Chairman and Gary Walters, president.

The Board has arranged financing for $ 1,000,000 through a subordinated convertible debenture.

Dr. Perrin says, "The financing will help complete the Dicom compatibility to the open-end Hitachi MRI system. Bit Micro has supplied the solid state flash drive which has tremendous power. For example, the Lord of The Rings is four hours long. Four of them could be downloaded in less than a second, while being able to store fifty of them on one flash drive."

The shareholder's meeting will be rescheduled for April 25, 2005, the location to be announced.
