jcryan19, my guess is that there would be no paper in a deal. He would pay cash. Fayiz dumpted 2.5B shares to raise $$ for an acquistion. So I hope that he put those millions of $$ in the bank. If he doesn't need that cash I would hope that he would do a buy back to reduce the dilution.
