In regards to the Willingham/Esopus Creek Shareholder action. I just got off the phone with some interesting folks and their consensus is: Willingham and Esopus need to produce an Attorney Billing (just like the other parties) have to, before any more $$$$ will be given to a fund that is basically not doing anything at the present.

It seems the EC will take on the expense of moving the Shareholder meeting in fruition, therefore Willingham and Esopus need to produce a proper billing statement from the Attorneys who handled the prior hearings and briefings, before hard-working shareholders will/should give any additional monies. We know they took on a cause, but just like everyone else, they should have to prove they need the funds, before we open our purse strings. It will set minds at ease and I for one will be willing to donate to fund to pay off the attorneys. Many of us are not rich and should see proof before we blindly start donating..

I know this will rub some of you wrong, but this is a point that needs to be cleared up before any additional donations are warranted. If they produce a spreadsheet showing past donation amounts vs what is needed and produce actual attorney billings, we can have the proof necessary to help satisfy their debt. IMHO
