Ok, I've got a question! Realtime States we should be getting 3x8 value because of what was offered.

1st question was the stock higher or lower at the time of the offer?
2nd what was the preferred offer? did they even get one?
3rd If Real believes we should get 3x value would prefers get that as well? so... what was face value wasnt it like 1000? if so 3x1000? Please explain.
