I would tend to disagree. We know that he will announce prior to 3Q earnings, how soon, not sure.

But still, that is waiting pretty close to the wire before the contract ends. As stated prior by myself and many others, he has a strong attachment to the people he works with and feels that the team he has put together is one of his best. With that being said, I would believe that he would make sure they were taken care of and not left out in the cold.

The other factor is that all these people that work for him blog a lot on their facebook and other streams. If they felt really insecure on their job outlook, it would have started to leak out in one way or another.

My gut feeling tells me that he has basically told everyone to not worry about their future at SIRI, just relax and let him spin what he needs to obtain the best deal he can. Because in the end, SIRI only pay Howard for the production of the show. He then decides within his organization who gets paid what. And in order to keep the troops in line, I am sure their minds have already been put at ease.

That is why I sold half my position a few weeks back at $1.06 and starting to buy back in slowly. When he does announce...it will spike.....I will sell a portion again.....wait for it to drop.....and then buy back in before the 3Q results are posted. Hopefully there will be enough time inbetween for the stock to settle at this level again.....it's all good baby!
