The answer to that is use MOP PADS!
In a previous post with the video link where MOP PADS were being used in the marshes, MOP PADS were found to be best way to get the oil out of there; with minimal disturbance to the environment.

Massive amounts of pads were deployed and were collected after absorbing and then more pads put down to get what was left over (a repetitive process). The pads work like a charm, but they stated that it would take months to clean the marsh! The pads can also be used to clean up the swamps and jungle spills, as there are hundreds of Sq miles of oil contaminated ares globally.

Just think of the multiplier factor on how many pads they will need for just one marsh alone!
You know that they will be using the most absorbent green pads that are available (MOP)and I'm looking to get rich just from the MOP pads alone! Sadly, one storm comes through and all marshlands in its path will be contaminated and more cleanup needed.

However, BP has BILLIONS in assets and intends sell them off for the extended cleanup effort. If it weren't for BP's mistakes we wouldn't be making more in cleanup profits!
