I Received this from Dustin last night at 11:20 PM after an email to him from me suggesting he reduce the A/S to a reasonable figure. Notice the time, CLEARLY Dustin is working off hours to address our concerns...

I truly appreciate your input.

No one can be more frustrated with our daily performance of our PPS than I.I produced a stellar financial recovery ... and our stock tanked!

I have provided proof there was no dilution and will do so again on Monday when I return from my business trip.

It was either shorters, or someone who wanted to take profit that killed our price!

I cannot comment specific to our AS, as that would be inappropriate and I am sure you are not asking me to comment specific to that.

I will say, that if there were to be a change to our A/S, it would be publicly noticed for all to see at the same time. I appreciate the fact that you have asked for insider information and will always do my best for the benefit for the long term satisfaction of the company and its
shareholders.
