Specifically, I would like to know which poster reported this conversation with Susman, and where and when it is said to have happened.

The reason I ask is that I have a hard time believing that an experienced lawyer like Susman would make this kind of statement. Please note that I believe there is a good possibility that equity will get something, but I also strongly doubt that Susman would make this statement or some of the other things that have been attributed to him (not just on this board).
