Makes you wonder if this is another false start, if an A/S increase is coming, and who the heck sells into this kind of news if not insiders, then who? Where did all the 2's & even 1's fly in from?

This one is a head scratcher.

Yes, third-world news, which should have sent this higher (just on the rumour alone) but, here it is & I am lost.
